Activities Team at Queens View Harbour Receiving Award

We are so pleased that Queens View Harbour's Well-being Coordinators won the 'Live Well Ambassador' Award at the care group's awards night in Edinburgh following their nomination and for being divisional finalists.

Lorena, one of the Well-being Coordinators at Queens View Harbour commented on winning the 'Live Well Ambassador' Award: "We were both super surprised and honoured as we didn’t even know that we had been nominated and that is how our amazing adventure began".

Lorena and Clea have always felt that they have a very gratifying job which intermingles all their loves and passions - creativity, crafts, and a deep love of helping and supporting people. Winning an award for doing what they love makes them feel incredibly lucky.

Clea also commented' “I felt that I was truly a part of a big family and felt greatly appreciated and encouraged by this recognition”.

"For both of us, this accomplishment is a truly significant milestone in our lives and we both are extremely thankful to all the people who nominated and voted for us to receive this award".

Winning an award such as this is a significant achievement that requires dedication and hard work. This demonstrates Lorena's and Clea's commitment and devotion to their role in providing quality care to residents and the effort they put into making a difference in the lives of the elderly.
