Celebrating our Care Inspectorate Success
We are thrilled to announce that Queens View Harbour has achieved an excellent grade of 5 in all aspects following a recent unannounced Care Inspectorate Inspection.
In celebration of this remarkable accomplishment, we will be hosting a party for both staff and residents. This event acknowledged the hard work and dedication of our team, which not only garnered commendable feedback and scores from the Care Inspectorate but also earned recognition from Care Concerns Quality Assurance Auditors.
The Care Inspectorate (CI) serves as a scrutinising body that assesses various medical and social care services across Scotland. Its purpose is to ensure that care services maintain high standards in their operations. The Care Inspectorate conducts inspections, observes key aspects, provides ratings and feedback, and offers support for necessary changes.
Our recent report reflects a fantastic rating of 5, demonstrating a "very good" performance across categories such as resident well-being, leadership, and care and support planning, including assessments of staff and the home environment.
